We are currently seeking a student enrolled in a Real Estate program for the role of Property Management Student at our Head Office in Guelph, ON. This position will be a four (4) month contract and will work with various mentors to complete special projects as assigned while also providing administrative support across various departments.

Compensation: Starting at $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Understanding of AI technologies.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively while remaining detail oriented.
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation.
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).

Education & Experience:
  • Enrolled in a Real Estate post-secondary program (university or college) and related work experience in general administration. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
